RPI selected to implement Lawson Procurement at Cash America
Fort Worth, TX - June 2010 - RPI Consultants has been selected by Cash America to complete an implementation of Lawson Procurement suite. The project will address Inventory Control, Requisition Self Service (RSS) and Approval, Procurement Punchout and EDI. Also, RPI will be involved with Receiving, Invoice Matching, Accounts Payable, and Activity, Lease and Asset Management. As always, RPI will provide knowledge transfer to Cash America's staff regarding the new technical tools used for this implementation.
RPI selected to implement Lawson at Oaklawn Hospital
Marshall, MI — April 2010 — RPI Consultants has been selected by Oaklawn community hospital in Michigan to complete a full implementation of all three Lawson suites; Finance, Procurement and HR/Payroll. RPI’s role will include deployment of Lawson Process Flow, Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt, LBI, Lawson Security and Self Service (RSS, ESS, MSS.) Brian Rosenberg named as Contributing Author in newly Published Book
Brian G. Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer, has recently been published as a contributing author in the book, The Next Wave of Technologies, Opportunities in Chaos, compiled by Phil Simon. Phil's book helps organizations better understand new technologies and their potential impact. It helps executives determine if, and at what level technologies should be implemented, and ensure that they avoid making the same IT management mistakes of the last 25 years. While serving as a survey of the latest technologies offered, the book also has a practical focus. Each chapter addresses questions such as how to determine if an organization is ready for a specific technology, how to go about getting it ready, how to measure success, and what are the key risks and red flags. Topics include cloud computing, SaaS, business intelligence, open source software, enterprise risk management, enterprise search, service oriented architecture, master data management to name a few.
Brian Rosenberg contributed Chapter 13 of the book, which focuses on the importance of Procure to Pay Automation Technologies. The topics covered include procurement best practices, benefits of procure to pay automation, overcoming challenges, and common technology solutions.

RPI assists Catholic Healthcare West with launch of Accounts Payable and Payroll Shared Services Center
Phoenix, AZ — January 1, 2009 — Catholic Healthcare West has completed a successful launch of their Accounts Payable and Payroll Shared Service Centers, which will transition to process for all 42 CHW facilities by the end of August 2009. RPI’s role in the project includes department design, hiring assistance, technology selection, process design, training, and transition planning.
RPI completes implementation of Kofax at Catholic Health East
Newtown Square, PA — December 15, 2008 — RPI Consultants has successfully completed the integration of Kofax Advanced Data Capture with the Accounts Payable Shared Service center for Catholic Healthcare East (CHE). This new technology will allow CHE to reduce the staffing projections for the department by 20% and improve the accuracy of data in their Lawson system.

Go-Live for Shared Services Department at CHE a success
Newtown Square, PA — January 31, 2008 — Catholic Health East (CHE), a 50,000 employee health care organization, has successfully launched a new shared service center for Accounts Payable with the assistance of RPI Consultants. The shared service center began operations for four hospitals on January 1, 2008 and will continue to add other facilities as Lawson is deployed over the next two years. RPI assisted CHE with the design and build of the shared service center, as well as the implementation of key technologies including Lawson software and Imagenow for document imaging and workflow.
