Brian Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg has worked with the implementation and optimization of ERP software for nearly eighteen years.  In 1999, after leading multiple ERP and Accounting software implementations, he founded RPI in order to provide cost efficient solutions that focused on addressing customer specific business needs.

His extensive work on needs analysis, business process redesign, workflow and custom application development, allows a unique perspective of how information technology can be leveraged to increase operational efficiencies and deliver bottom line results.  As an industry leader in Procure to Pay best practices, Mr. Rosenberg has served on executive steering committees for multiple ERP implementations and assisted numerous billion dollar organizations in moving towards Shared Services environments.

Mr. Rosenberg regularly presents at conferences on topics such as accounts payable optimization and ERP improvement.    He is an active member of the International Accounts Payable Professional organization (IAPP) and the Association of Healthcare Materials Management (AHRMM).  In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has supported charitable efforts as the founding Treasurer of the Baltimore Waterfront Rotary Club.

Keith Wayland

Mr. Wayland has worked on Lawson implementation and post implementation support projects for over eight years.  He has served as a Project Manager and as a Financials as well as Procurement Lead, responsible for system configuration, data conversion, testing, training program development, end-user training, and post live support.  He has pioneered techniques for RNI and INR cleanup, buyer message reduction and other procurement system optimizations.

As one of the foremost invoice matching experts in the Lawson industry, he has lent his expertise to dozens of Matching implementations with differing configurations and business processes in Shared Service as well as decentralized environments, He has developed a deep understanding of the general ledger impact of procurement and distribution of goods, PO invoice discrepancy management and vendor payments and has used this experience to help finance departments to better understand and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Before joining RPI in 1999, Keith managed operations for an outpatient healthcare company with 120 employees.  Mr. Wayland has also worked as a consultant for Towers Perrin where he evaluated market practices in foreign countries for multinational corporations.

Greg Pollard

Mr. Pollard is an expert in leveraging Lawson and Document Imaging to expand and improve back office business processes. He has over seven years of experience with the implementation of Lawson's Financial Suite, predominantly in the Healthcare environments. He also has a deep niche expertise in the Shared Services - Accounts Payable arena.

Mr. Pollard has spearheaded extremely progressive and strategic projects for maximizing ROI in key ancillary areas of large implementations. His roles have included Project Management, Needs Analysis, Business Process Design, Implementation, System Testing, Data Conversions, and Reporting Design. Mr. Pollard's wide range of systems experience and overall skills provide maximum value in large and complex implementations, from high-level design to detailed data integrity.

Supported by an actuarial background, his expertise and strategic analysis have led to creative solutions for the most unique business challenges. Recognizing a key benefit of implementing standardized systems, his operations-driven executive reporting metrics design have maximized visibility into key business areas. Document Imaging, workflow, and strategic database queries are often used tools in making our clients' most challenging initiatives a reality.
